SPECIAL OCCASION SERVICES

Booking Fees: 

All Bookings require a 20% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit to secure your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee is received. 

Bookings greater than $400.00 require a 50% non-refundable / non-transferable deposit.

Booking Requirements: 

Individual client appointments are held at my home studio in Tarneit. 

In case of a no-show, the deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable to a different date or time.

A minimum of 3 services are required for mobile services. All mobile services will incur a minimum of $50 call-out fee. Toll charges, parking fees, and early/late start fees may also apply

Cancellation Policy: Once the quote is issued, the number of applicantions cannot be decreased. The entire quote sum will still be applicable. If someone cancels, you're free to invite a substitute. 

Final payment: 

Final or any remaining payment must be paid 24 hrs before the event date.
